This bespectacled gentleman has been manning this sidewalk stall for over the past 15 years. I remember buying newspapers and magazines from him during my younger days when I used to study in a small college in the area (which moved to a better location a couple of years after I graduated). It was nice to see him again after all these years. And he hasn't changed very much.
