Graffiti balances between art and well, non-art.
But I'm facinated by it.
So much so that lately I've watched for it in the local newspaper. Under Valdalism.
Although it's a rare thing in Janesville it does show up.
Some of it is gang related some not.
I am taking pic's and pinpointing where in the city it's found.
Very interesting...

Yes it is rather interesting when it comes to trying to figure out what it's supposed to mean...whether it's a gang signature, an emotional expression, or just artistic randomness.
