A silhouette of the Putrajaya Mosque, located in the heart of Putrajaya, Malaysia. The setting sun behind the mosque gave out a unique orange glow around the structure. The glowing effect lasted only a few minutes.
A total of 49 images were selected for the Capturing Merdeka (a.k.a. Merdeka@49) photo contest. This picture, together with 45 others won the consolation prize.

I've recently looked over your stuff on a random visit to your page. I think some of your photos are really striking, especially this one of the silhouetted mosque. I think the casual browser would like to see more information about the photographer on this site. I'm from the U.S. (near Chicago) and I'm less familiar with the sights than someone local. Giving a little background on you would really solidify my experience with the feeling that you are my tour guide to your world of photography. I think it would be much more interesting to see a little more of the artist in your photos by knowing more about you.
