Store No. 6

A signboard to a storehouse used by the Pahang Consolidated Company Ltd (PCCL) during tin mining operations in Sungai Lembing, Pahang, Malaysia. The PCCL was liquidated in 1986 and the storehouse is no longer in use.

While looking at it, I felt a slight tinge of nostalgia. It's hard to imagine what life was like back in the days when Sungai Lembing was known as the "El Dorado of the East".
